Entrée:
Sea bass wrapped in puff pastry on a bed of roasted red pepper sauce,
served with ratatouille and basil pesto coulis

Pork loin stuffed with dried fruits, served with a sweet potato soufflé topped
with a sage cream sauce

Portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach and fontina cheese served
on a bed of autumn vegetables a with roasted garlic cream sauce
